Customer background:
Sri Lankan customers mainly deal with scrap tires, in the east of Sri Lanka. He is engaged in surveying business, such as topographic surveying, underground cable detection, etc.

Raw material:
The main raw material is scrap tires collected from local markets.

Output:
1. Fuel: sold to oil collectors.
2. Carbon black: converted into briquettes and also sold to cement plants.
3. Wire: sold directly to collectors.

Customer purchase time:
The customer sent its first inquiry in 2013. During the email communication, he was applying for an environmental permit. KJ TECHNOLOGY provided him with a lot of help and finally helped him get the license. Sri Lanka is a restricted country, so getting a Chinese visa is not easy. In 2015, when the sales manager of KJ TECHNOLOGY went to Bangladesh to visit a customer, he met and met the customer by fate. They were satisfied after we showed them the machine which has been installed in Bangladesh. At that time, they finalized the price and payment method.

Customer feedback:
So far, the customer's machine has been running continuously for four years. Sometimes he buys wearing parts such as packing and gaskets.
The customer has been running the machine since installation was completed in 2017 and has paid for itself.
